Go-Go, our little go-goer.....

Logan has always been a busy boy, but in the last few weeks, he has taken busy to a whole new level...The stairs are his favorite toy, or anything else he can climb on for that matter. He was entertained for literally hours the other day at Uncle Brian and Aunt Melissa's house, climbing up and down their stairs over and over and over again.

He can now climb up onto the kitchen chairs, and then you guessed it, onto the table...Today, he pulled out a chair, climbed onto it, and then on to the table, and across the table, and turned himself around backwards, and lowered himself into his table-mount highchair. And this afternoon, I walked into the girls bedroom to find him sitting on top of their dresser... It is a good thing he is built sturdy, and can take a tumble. :)

Another of Logan's favorite past-times:

First, we empty out the cupboard...

Then in we go!

Olivia comes out of her shell

So I guess as long as Olivia feels like a "DIVA" she is willing to have her picture taken...Here she is, in all her glory! What a cutie! We love her so much!!!

Sporting all her Christmas jewelry.

And stepping out of the 80's here is our 'Dancing Queen'...
which by the way, is the song of choice at our house, when the girls get to choose the music, they always want ABBA.

A little mad...

We have been sick at our house for the last few weeks, one by one we all fell to the sore throat, cough, fever illness, whatever it was. I got it the worst, which is unusual... Usually, everyone else will get it, and I don't. Anyhow, I was making lunch for the kids and not feeling well, I was grimacing ever so slightly, with a furrowed brow.

Olivia says to me, "mommy you're mad huh?"

I said "no sweetie, I'm not mad."

"You are a little bit mad?"

"No, I am not a little bit mad."

So she says, pointing to her forehead, "then how come you are all wrinkly right here?"

Apparently, sick and mad look the same on my face. :)

Christmas Program

Thank you grandma Laing for encouraging us to put on a Christmas Pagent. It was wonderful. All of the parents fully enjoyed it, and the children really had fun.

Our little Wise-men/Shepherd...They were both.
Because we have a lack of boys, (Logan is the only boy out of 9 kids in the 2 families present) the girls played all the roles, and that is why they are in pink...All of them wanted to be Mary, this was our attempt to make it better. Cute pink shepherds huh?

Most of the cousins, minus just a few who were sick or too little.
Left to right, back- Emily, Aubrey, Kaitlin, Megan
front- Olivia and Allison

Mary, Joseph, Angels and Shepherds. :)

Someday, Olivia will ask, "why aren't there very many pictures of me?" And we will have to tell her, it is because you did this when ever we wanted to take your picture...

Logan Walks

This is Logan, crawling and carrying his Lamby, then taking his first steps. SO Cute!!

December's BIG snow...

So, we had our first HUGE snowstorm this week. 19 inches in 2 days....

All the kids watching the snow come down in the morning.

Our backyard in the morning on the 21st.

The snow was almost too high for the snow-blower.

This is the snow igloo that Craig and the kids built in the backyard....It had 2 rooms and 2 doors. It was high class!
