5K- week 2

Well, I am half way through week 2 of my 5K training, and I must say, it is harder this week, but I am doing it, and I am proud of myself. Small accomplishment that it may be, I feel good to be doing something good for my body, and I think I am getting better at it. It seems to be getting a little easier to push myself.
