So friends, On Saturday morning, I set out for my morning run, thinking that there was no way that I could do what I was supposed to do. Up until this point, the longest that I had run was 8 minutes (without stopping). Well, I was fairly certain that I wouldn't be able to do the 20 minutes that I was supposed to do, but I did!!! Yahoo!!! I ran 1.6 miles in 20 minutes, and I feel pretty good about it. I am half way to my goal of 3.1 miles, with 5 more weeks to go.

Good job!!!! I about died doing my 4 min 2 min x 4 thing this morning (and I held on to the treadmill a couple of times).
